FIELD EMERGENCY SERVICES TRAINING

Who:  Any Washington Wing CAP member desiring to further/refresh their ES skills 
This year's training is to prep for a FANTASTIC turnout at the 2019 USAF EVAL!  The EVAL will be a "no notice event", so be prepared!

What courses being offered (May FEST):  
1.  Ground Team Member 3, 2 & 1 - depending on need  (We customize training based on SQTRs of attendees)
- Emphasis will be on minimizing classroom (through efficiency) and MAXIMIZING field time for our ground team training modules!

2.  Need mission credit?  A mock mission will be held on Sunday, needing MSA, communication and Ground personnel (GBD, GTL & GTM).  

3.  If the SAREVAL activates during our weekend, we will participate with the resources qualified to respond.
 

     
 - SQTRs will be signed off each training event (in EServices) for those tasks successfully demonstrated!
 - The Staff members are extremely experienced in the topics to be presented and have decades of instruction under their belts!

Check-In (parents must not leave until documents are checked for cadets):    ANYONE WITH INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTATION (INCLUDING MEMBERSHIP CARDS) WILL BE DENIED STAYING AND WILL NEED IMMEDIATELY DEPART FOR HOME. 

                    19:00 - 21:45, Friday
                    07:00 – 07:15, Saturday

Dismissal:    

                    14:00 Sunday (Remind your transportation!!)

  • CAP Membership Card (or temporary from eServices)
  • CAP-101 Card w/GES rating
  • CAPF-31  (All Members)
  • CAPF-160  (All Members)
  • CAPF-161  (All Members)
  • CAPF-163  (Cadet Members)

Cost includes the following:
     + Training Facility Use
     + Food - 3 meals Sat/Sunday breakfast & light lunch (We will provide a variety of fresh fruits/vegetables in addition to energy packed meals)
     + Fuel/Transportation while at training

      + Accommodations - Senior officers are welcome to bring RV's we have electric/water hookups at NO charge. Seniors may also bring tents, or prepare to sleep in vehicles.  Otherwise, all cadets will be housed as first priority for buildings.  Cots to be provided.  Ground team trainees will build shelters, weather permitting.

*Special dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated (please bring your own special foods)

**No cost reduction for those furnishing their own meals
